Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism is a peer-reviewed open access title providing rapid publication across the breadth of endocrinology, diabetes and metabolism research.

The journal considers articles and reviews which focus on the clinical and scientific aspects of endocrinology, the clinical application of molecular endocrinology, diabetes care and clinical management. It also welcomes work on new or existing diabetes therapies, including dietary, exercise and lifestyle (non-pharmacological) interventions, in any aspect of metabolic and endocrine disease, either in humans or animal and cellular systems. Metabolism may relate to lipids, bone and drug metabolism, or broader aspects of endocrine dysfunction. Preclinical pharmacology, pharmacokinetic studies, meta-analyses and papers addressing drug safety and tolerability are also welcomed.
